Join us for an entertaining and educational approach to this unique barre training. Learn to teach clear, confident, and safe classes while empowering people of all fitness levels and backgrounds with this fusion of mindful movement and functional fitness. Coursework will include completing two online barre style masterclasses, viewing reading material and lectures accompanied by 2-3 short homework assignments. The coursework in total will amount to about 16 hours. Participants will have direct unlimited access to (Ando) or a Master Trainer via email or the app "Marco Polo" (video chat messages) for questions or discussions. A requirement of this course will be completing a 15 minute demonstration of applied knowledge (teaching a barre style class) either via a live 1:1 on Zoom or alternatively a taped video. A trainer will provide feedback for a passing grade.
